This program will address subjects of interest to healthcare professionals. Attendees will hear from successful women healthcare executives about their path, the challenges they faced on their path, and still face today. The speakers will inspire and teach us about the scope of opportunities available including those in non-traditional areas of healthcare, as well as the importance of the nuts and bolts of forging a career. Hear from experts in the areas of resume development, salary negotiations, career progression, self-marketing and navigating workplace challenges.

At this seminar participants will:

  • Learn how to develop your own career roadmap, and
  • Gain actionable information from the experience of others and specific tools you can use to assess and enhance your own career.
